Atlas Research Supply LLC is committed to providing high-quality laboratory research materials to qualified researchers, laboratories, and institutions.
Due to the nature of laboratory research materials and for safety, quality assurance, and chain-of-custody reasons, all sales are final and we do not accept returns of any products once they have shipped.
Returns
For safety and quality assurance reasons, Atlas Research Supply does not accept returns or exchanges of research materials.
Once an order has shipped, products may not be returned, exchanged, or resold. This policy applies regardless of product condition after delivery.
Refunds
Refunds are not issued based on subjective dissatisfaction, research outcomes, improper handling, or misuse after delivery.
Refund consideration may be granted only under the following limited circumstance:
- Verified third-party analytical testing demonstrates that the product
- Is materially underweight, or
- Has a verified purity level below 98 percent
Any testing submitted must be performed by a recognized independent laboratory and must be clearly attributable to the specific product and production lot in question.
Atlas Research Supply reserves the right to review all submitted documentation and determine eligibility for any refund at its sole discretion.
Quality Verification & Third Party Testing
We maintain internal quality documentation and supplier verification records for select products and production lots. Documentation varies by product and lot and is maintained for internal reference and quality assurance purposes.
Quality documentation is not published publicly and is not guaranteed to be available for all products.
